What does the coaching process look like?

A series of 60-minute private phone sessions through which I will:

  • guide you through a process of inquiry
  • offer written exercises and tools appropriate to your concerns
  • provide a confidential ear and complete attention to your story
  • uncover and support your true desires
  • challenge old beliefs that do not serve your best self

How is this different from therapy and other self- help programs?

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is the remediation of a mental health problem. Coaching does not treat chemical imbalances, mental illness or disease.

Coaching is for individuals that have a desire to move forward and navigate change. Coaching works for healthy individual who are willing to become more aware of their thinking patterns and are willing to choose thoughts that move them forward to live their best lives despite circumstances.
